Can't do anything on Windows 11, please help

My grandfather set up my computer for me and along with that came an outlook accounts I don't know the information to. I got logged out of my PC and it's saying something happened and to reset my pin but I have to log into the Outlook account to do so, which, I can't, because I don't have the information. It seems like my only option is to hard factory reset, which I really don't wanna do because I've bought games, but I desperately need this computer to be able to run.
