Can't delete Windows Apps that I DIDN'T install, don't come up on my installed programs, are are taking up way too much space. Help please!

What the title say. I am trying to free up space on my C Drive to have enough room to install the oversized new Windows update. While using a scan that shows were all of my file size is, I found a huge folder titled "Windows Apps" that takes up about 9 Gs of size. I didn't install them, have never used them or given permission, and they don't show up on installed programs. Tried going through Microsoft store and still can't uninstall them. Am now trying to just delete the files, but it keeps saying "you require permission from (name here) to make changes to this file". I have changed who owns
