Can't delete, rename or move a specific image file.

Hello there,I was deleting some files from my Downloads folder today and came across a file that can't be deleted, renamed or moved. When trying to perform any of these actions, nothing happens.When checking the file properties, I noticed something weird: the file location points to \\?\D:\username\Downloads (as per image below). No other files in the folder have the same location address. All others point to D:\username\downloads onlyI have tried to reboot the computer, delete temporary files but still can't get rid of this image. Anyone seen this before and could shed some light?Thanks in ad
