Can't delete registry key "unable to delete all specified values"

I noticed my Google Chrome was managed by an organization which is odd, I'm a personal user, so I was worried Chrome had been hacked. I uninstalled Chrome, and then some forums suggested also deleting the Chrome registry keys. However some of them I don't have permission to delete, which is odd, I'm running Registry Editor as Admin. Chrome is uninstalled and is not running in taskmanager.
