Here's the thing. I was converting a video file and power went down in the middle of it. Later when I turned on PC again, I found file in output folder, but it's corrupted. Can't be opened, when I hover mouse over it, it says: size 110MB, video duration 0:00:00. And I can not delete it. If I click "Delete" via right mouse click - nothing happens. Confirmation pop-up menu never appears. If I select file, then hit "Delete" on keyboard - same. Nothing happens. If I try to rename file - windows explorer goes into "not responding" mode and all I can do is to restart windows explorer. I even tried t
