Can't create or rename folders in Windows 11

I can't create a folder (with my own folder name) or rename a folder in Windows 11 Pro 64. Note that this is a new issue; everything was working fine up until a couple of days ago.Here are the steps:- Click New > Folder- The new folder is created and the folder is created with the New Folder highlighted and ready for the folder name- I type in the folder name I want, such as "My Folder Name" - hit Enter- Dialog box appears: "Can't find the specified file.
