Can't connect to my Uni WiFi

Hi,After a recent Windows update, I started having trouble connecting my laptop to the university WiFi. When I try to connect, a Windows Security popup appears asking for my username and password. At first, I entered my credentials, but it kept saying my password was incorrect. I kept trying, but it just wouldn’t work.Then, out of nowhere, a new issue started. Now, I can’t type anything in the username and password fields because my keyboard completely freezes in that section only. It works fine everywhere else on my laptop, but as soon as the popup appears, I can’t type at all.So now I’m stuc
