Hello,

we've problems connecting some Laptop Models from Fujitsu (Lifebook A555 and A557) to the Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter.

At the Laptop i can open the Connect to Wireless Display Page and i see the Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter.

Although when i try to connect, i get the Error that the Connection cannot established.

I've already updated all the driver to the latest version available at intel.com, but that dosn't fix the Problems.

Some Infos to the Laptops:

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7200U CPU

WLAN: Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265 AC 2x2 HMC WiFi Adapter

Graphic: Intel HD Graphics 620

According to the Intel Datasheets and the Windows Output from netsh wlan show driver all components are

supporting Miracast. In the Windows Event Log i couldn't find any errors related to drivers, miracast

or network/wireless problems.

---------------

Card name: Intel(R) HD Graphics 620

Driver Model: WDDM 2.4

Miracast: Supported

Output from netsh wlan show driver

Driver : Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265

Wireless Display Supported: Yes (Graphics Driver: Yes, Wi-Fi-Driver: Yes)

Are there any other Locations where i can find a debug log from Miracast or something?

We have some other Laptops with the same Wifi Card but other Intel CPU and Intel Graphics

where Miracast works without any Problem. They use the same intel driver as the devices

with the HD Graphics 620.

Kind Regards

Tobias
