Cant connect to anything, says your internet access is blocked.

Just randomly my connection started not working it says i have a connection but when i try to connect to anything it wont work it says theres a problem with the dns cache when i network troubleshoot but ive reset it multiple times, ive tried the ethernet cable to my laptop and it worked
