I am working with a public network at our church.
Our host computer BECKY-NEW contains all of the data.
Five client computers can access and update that data using mapped network drives.
The workgroup is called HOMEWOOD.
All six of these computers can see each other.
One of our laptops called JOHN-PC has Windows 10 Home version.
It logs on to our network successfully and can access the Internet.
But it can't see any of the networked computers.
If it could see BECKY-NEW, I could map the network drive easily.
It's current profile is Public. Network Discovery is turned on.
File and printer sharing is turned on. Wi-Fi is turned on.
I have set-up credentials for JOHN-PC on BECKY-NEW.
The workgroup for JOHN-PC is WORKGROUP.
All of the network settings on JOHN-PC seem to match the other client computers.
But it cannot see BECKY-NEW or any of the other computers.
I've worked on this for several hours with no success.
I don't understand Services well enough to make any changes there.
