Cant connect/disconnect bluetooth controller

I build my first pc 3 days ago, and ive been using it for gaming on my dualsense controller (PS5 controller). It was working fine until today, when I tried to connect it, it connected, but then turned off. I tried again, this time it turned on and stayed on, said the computer was connected to it, but when i tried to play a game, the controller just didnt work. I then tried to click remove device and reconnect it, but when i click remove device, it says remove failed. Help please. Its not out of battery
