Cant connect bluetooth devices. Cannot remove exsting bluetooth devices.

I have few controllers that used to connect via bluetooth, but suddenly stopped working. I tried removing the devices in bluetooth devices but that did not work. It said removal failed and went back to being not connected.I removed all references to the controllers in the device manager (including showing all hidden devices) and I deleted all devices from Registry editor"Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\BTHPORT\Parameters\Devices"Two more controllers show up in bluetooth devices and cannot be removed.
