Cant change Windows language

Hi please help I purchase a PC with Win 11 pro When I opened it, I see only Hebrew as the system language I checked the internet and found I can download the US language and set it as display language But after doing it, and also checking the other settings (System locale - Welcome screen and system accounts/ New user accounts)Half of the PC now is on US and half on Hebrew When I click And Win I see the "Settings" but when it open I see all in it in Hebrew Also the file explorer is in hebrew Please help
