Cant change resolution

My pc suddenly ran into error(hardware error something like that) and then a update screen. My pc opened and my scale is suddenly recommended to 150%(it was recommended to 125% before this happend) then I couldnt change my resolution, brightness, and refresh rate. Already ran a sfc scan and checked update history but there were no updates. Any fix?Edit: Checked display adapters for display 1 and its "Microsoft basic display adapter" which I don't think should be. My other GPU suddenly disappeared from task manager(Supposed to be nvidia and amd) but its only nvidia. Fixed it
