Cant cancel C++ 2012 UWP download Windows 11

For about a year now, Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 UWP Desktop Runtime has been stuck in the Updates and Downloads library in the Microsoft store. I am unable to cancel it and it just says “Something happened on our end.” Please help! Its been like this ever since I tried downloading a game from the Xbox app and its made it impossible to update the xbox app or any other app. I already tried this FIX: Windows 10 Update Service is Missing (Solved) It did not work
