Can't boot Windows 11

System was working this morning, but a hard drive (not the main drive) was not. I did try changing a few bios settings, but believe everything is back the way it was. The system boots to "Advanced options" menu which gives me a "Command Prompt", the ability to uninstall recent updates and several completely useless options that just take me back to the "Advanced options" menu. I do not not want to uninstall anything or use a restore point until I confirm something is actually wrong with my install. I do not see any option anywhere to try to boot normally.
