Can’t boot to bios after switching to default settings

Hello! I switched my bios settings do default, saved and exited, and now it wont boot to bios anymore. I’ve tried to reset the cmos battery but nothing changed.There shouldn’t be any issue with my perpherals or pc parts.Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
