Can't boot off of new drive after installing Windows 10 with Media Creation Tool

I currently have Windows 10 installed on an old 2.5" SATA SSD (Disk 0 according to windows) in my PC, and was looking to transfer over to using a new NVMe SSD (Disk 2 according to windows) as my boot drive. I have both drives installed in the system, and I used the Media Creation Tool to install Windows 10 onto the new drive. However, I am unable to boot directly off of this new drive. When I take the old drive, Disk 0, out of my system, the PC is unable to find any bootable drives and goes directly into the BIOS.
