Can't boot from usb to install Window 11 or 10.

Hi thereOur Lenovo computer performed an update. Following the update it went to the blue screen which requests the bitlocker key. We do not have this key. It's not saved on devices on OneDrive. So I decided to format the disk - which I did. Following this I downloaded a Windows 11 boot tool/iso thing. The first time it partially started but then said the computer doesn't have the minimum requirements. (The computer was running 11 before)So I tried to bypass the check by making a few changes to the registry. This seemed to kill things. I was able to get back in - the registry changes had disa
