Can't "add account" and merge my 2 outlook accounts - there is no option under "Settings" That even has an "Account" option

Hi,I am trying to merge my 2 outlook accounts for business, so I don't have to sign out of each one multiple times a day on my computer to respond to business emails. On my PC - it won't give me an option under my microsoft accounts to add an account. I can see all the emails on my phone under the app interestingly. I'm not sure why my account is not showing this option. Can someone please help!Thank-you,Candace
