Can't Activate Windows, even though I used a valid key

Pretty much what the title said.I used a key to Activate my Windows Home, it seemed like it was working at first until I took a look at it.Not only had it not activated but my Windows Home had been changed to a Pro, and they are showing a different key than I used originally.I have no idea what to do.I tried chatting to Microsoft Support but I wasn't able to talk to anyone.Any advice would be appreciated.
