Can't activate windows after substantial hardware change.

Greetings.I bought a copy of Windows 7 Ultimate and, when I upgraded to Windows 10, I used this key without problems. Same thing when I upgraded to Windows 11. The problem is, I recently installed a new motherboard, increased RAM and installed a new SSD with larger capacity. After that, I reinstalled Windows on my PC but I'm unable to activate it. One of the error codes the system gave me was the 0x803fa067. I tried to follow the steps the system gave me to solve the problem but was still unable to activate. What to do? Any help would be appreciated.
