Can't activate windows after SFC repair.

I had a BSOD problem. Message was "critical process died". System wouldn't boot up, just cycled round trying to do an automatic repair and failing. I ran SFC from the command prompt which seemed to work. The system now boots up as normal and windows starts. Hurray! The problem I now have is a watermark in the bottom right corner that says "Activate Windows Go to Settings to activate windows". I have Windows 10 Home. It was on the laptop when I bought it 5 years ago. Don't have a license key as such. So I go to settings/Activation. It says Windows is not activated. I click on "Troubleshoot" and
