I recently installed a new hard disk and installed Windows 11 Home on it. The previous Windows installation on the other hard disk said that it was activated and linked to my digital account. The product key was accepted when I initially installed Windows (with the same Microsoft account), but now it says it is not activated. The error code is 0x803FA067. "Troubleshoot" doesn't work. I found a web page that said I needed to remove the key from the other installation with slmgr /upk, but that hasn't helped either.
