Cant activate Windows 11 Pro after changing Hardware

I built a new PC and integrated an SSD but also kept all my old data on my old HDD. My old Windows version was Windows 10 Pro (which I didnt know), at the initial installation of windows, i chose the option, that I wanted Windows 11 Home. Now my system doesnt recognize, that I had a licenced Windows 10 version on my PC and I am struggling to get my Windows 11 Home to Pro. I already figured out my Win 10 Product key, but upon entering I get Error Code 0cx004f050. Are there any ways to update my Windows version without paying for a new licence?
