Can't activate Windows 11 after upgraded it from Windows 10 on Surface Laptop Go

Hi,I upgraded Windows 10 to Windows 11 when Windows Update informed me. After upgrade, I don't know why it becomes Windows 11 Enterprise and it says activation failed (Error Code: 0xC004C003). Is there anything I can do to resolve this problem. Thanks.
