Can't activate Win 11 after replacing a faulty Mobo - impossible to get response from Microsoft support

HiI have had to replace a faulty Mobo that kept crashing on me. Windows 11 has rebooted with the new Mobo and is working stably but am not able to activate the machine.Initially activation troubleshooter said the licence had already been used - I logged into my Microsoft account and the same PC name was showing twice - once was the old instance and one the new instance. I detached the old workstation name from my account and tried again to activate but now shows only my other 2 machines.I have the licence keys still from a couple of my machines on Win 8.I have tried 4 times to contact Micros
