Can't acess Outlook or Xbox after changing password

This morning, I had an issue with another account. It was blocked, and I needed to change my password. I had changed my cellphone a couple of months ago, so I couldn’t do it via the cellphone code. I filled out the account recovery form, and they allowed me to change the password once. After that, I was able to log in from my cellphone, but when I tried to access my Xbox (which had also logged me out of the account), it wouldn’t let me log in with either the old or the new password. I’m 100% sure I entered it correctly because later I tried logging in on my computer’s browser with the password
