Cant access Windows Security "Your IT admin has limited access to some areas of this app"

I keep getting this message everytime I try to access Windows Security (I cant attach the screenshot for some reason but the message reads "Page not available. Your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this app. Please contact your IT helpdesk for more info.")And ive tried literally EVERYTHING i can find on this problemeverything ive tried:deleting windows defender folders/terminating/repairingSecurityHealthSetup.exesecurityhealthsetup_e.exedeleting regristy keysrunning different commandsrestarting my pcand I never downloaded a antivirus software The last thing I want to do is
