Can't access Windows features

[Windows 11]

Hello, I'm trying to play a game but this game doesn't want to launch, instead it opens a 'Windows Features'-box with the message: "An app on your PC needs the following Windows feature: ". Below that is says 'Collecting features details' and the option 'Install this feature' but they are both greyed out. The only action I can take is 'Skip this installation' which just quits the launching process altogether.I think it's trying to install Net Framework 3.5? But that is just a guess based on googling.
