Can't access the company network after upgrade to Windows 11 24H2

I upgraded my desktop from Windows 10 to Windows 11 24H2. Immediately after this, I was unable to use the company's network. Only the company NAS shows up in File Explorer, but when I click on this, I am asked for a password. When I use the correct password, I get a message saying, “the username or password is incorrect.” I know the username and password are correct because they have not changed and they work from other computers on the network.
