Can't Access Quarantined Emails

I frequently get an email that reads: "Microsoft 365 security: You have messages in quarantine. . . Review them within 30 days of the received date by going to the Quarantine page in the Security Center." But when I try to review the message, I am told that my account " is a personal Microsoft account. Personal Microsoft accounts are not supported for this application." This is VERY frustrating! What am I supposed to do? I should also note that I don't have Microsoft 365 and the emails come via an alias manager I have set up. Please advise!
