I bought (at Costco) a laptop (for school) for my 10y son. He forgot login and password. We can't use the laptop anymore. Got stuck in the initial screen. I am able to receive the acc verification code on my cell but does not show the whole login. So not really helpful. This is so frustrating! There is not a single number we can call and talk with someone at Microsoft! And website does not help at all!
