Can't access laptop, no option to enter PIN or password

Hi, I've been having trouble with my WiFi driver ever since I upgraded to Windows 24H2, and nothing I tried would fix it so I did a reset in Windows RE (which would hopefully keep my files) but now I can't log into my PC at all. It says PIN is required but there is no option to input a PIN or password. I've tried using the accessibility keyboard but that didn't work. I assume the globe icon has something to do with the internet but as the driver is having issues right now I can't connect to the internet.
