Cant access computer due to I lost and forgot microsoft acocunt

Good day, I cant access my computer or log in due to I lost my microsoft email (school) and i forgot my password. I tried recovering my password unfortunately my school email has been already deleted. I asked school IT if i can still access the said email unfortunately they said that it is already deleted. I have files on my pc (Transcript of records, soft copy of diploma, patient files, requirements). My pin ID got reseted due to i upgraded certain hardware on my pc now I cant use it. I hope someone can help me.
