Can't access certain websites unless I'm using a VPN, but my phone can

So recently I changed my internet provider and thought that might be the problem, but my phone is also connected to it and I can access those websites. Some of them are reddit.com, twitch.tv and speedtest.net. All of them give the error ERR_TIMED_OUT on Edge and Brave browsers, including incognito mode on both.I've went and changed to the Google DNS on my PC for the wifi IPV4 and IPV6 addresses, but the problem persists. Hope to get some help soon. Thanks in advance.
