Can't acces 3 M.2. NVME drives NTFS errors

Hello,since yesterday I've a big problem, I've 9 drives in my system 5 of them are m.2. nmve and since yesterday I've problems on 3 of them.I can't open any files on that specific drives, also when running a samsung magician test they abort with an error. In the windows event viewer I also get a lot of errors referring to a problem with the disk or Ntfs file system, however I wonder why it happened on three drives at one time.I've attached the windows system log windowslogs.evtx hope someone can assist me in fixing this beca
