can't able to open virus and threat protection in windows defender

Whenever I try to open virus and threat protection it says "Your IT-administrator has limited access" which can't be true as this is my personal computer. I have windows 11 and I am pretty sure I don't have any anti-virus as I deleted that yesterday.
