Cannot update to 24H2 Windows 11

I have a 2022 HP Omen 16-n0000sa with Ryzen 7 6800H RTX 3070Ti Windows 11. I tried to update to the latest windows 11 version. When the update completed, the laptop restarted and a black screen showed "BIOS Update failed" and asked to connect a USB with the BIOS to boot from.
