Cannot uninstall update KB5050009. it seems to have disabled my external keyboard.

The keyboard seems to have stopped after update KB5051987. After uninstalling iKB5051987(but it still shows in update history :-O) the kb worked but immediately disappeared after the subsequent update KB5050009 . Even KB5050009 uninstall in safe mode does not seem to work - it is still shown in uninstall options - but never appeared in installed updates
