Cannot Transfer Call from Phone to PC

[Windows 11]

When I call someone, either from the PC or the Android, it pops up a telephone simulation window. One of the choices is to transfer call to PC. This used to work, but no longer does. Clicking the button does nothing, the call stays on my Android. I have tried updating the app, to no avail. Any help appreciated.
