Cannot switch accounts at login, Windows 11.

We have lost the ability to switch between accounts on our machine. The option is missing everywhere: Upon logging in, From locked screen, Even from the Windows icon, The below are the only options I see when logged in as the Admin account and clicking the Windows icon where we would normally have the option to switch to the other accounts:Things I have tried:Regedit to add the HideFastUserSwitching and setting to 0 (the key was not there. From this thread)Verified all accounts exist as 'Other Users' and all show as enabled to log in (Accounts/Other Users and Accounts/Family)Verified settings
