I have the same issue with this question: Cannot stop screen dimming after 30 seconds after latest Win 11 Update - Microsoft Community even i have change the time in Power option.my window ver:Edition Windows 11 Home Single Language Version 23H2 Installed on ‎27-‎Oct-‎24 OS build 22631.4890 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1067.0 And after follow this instructions, nothing changes, please do some fix, I believe this is a bug. I never met this issue in window 10:"Thank you for the confirmation. Let's check if there are services that's conflicting with your display drivers.P
