Cannot sign in to my work account

I can't log in with my work account because it can't send the code to my Microsoft Authenticator app. This is because I did a factory reset on my phone. I've tried other methods, but it doesn't work 1. I click "I can't use my Microsoft Authenticator app right now"2.Only 2 options appear as shown in the image below3. I tried clicking "Use a verification code", but still had to enter the code from Microsoft Authenticator (like image below) How do I fix this so I can log in using my work account?
