Cannot share files from Win10 Pro PC to Win 7 PC. Asks for user/password.

Microsoft Community. Thanks for help in advance. This is not a new issue. I've read no less than a hundred posts on this, but none have helped me. Here is the situation. I have eight computers on my home network. One, my server, is a Win 7 PC. Five of the computers are Win 10 (Home and Pro versions) and two are Win 11. Every computer can connect to the Win 7 server without username and password except one. I just rebuilt a new PC (from old parts) and installed Win 10 Home. Completely updated Win 10 and then did all the usual file sharing settings. The network is completely open.
