Cannot share calendar with a office 365 and a user using 2010 exchange. Error - NON -local user

Hi User A(2016, 2010) can see user B's calendar but user B(365) cannot see user A's calendar. The users don't want to publish their calendar online what other method can I use to fix this issue ? Is there a solution I can implement, im very new to exchange server thus my question?
