Cannot see the language bar in the task bar and cannot switch language

My OS is windows 11 Home 22631.4169. I have this issue that I don't see the language icon in the task bar anymore. However I have languages added in the Preferred Languages. Ideally it should show up as a icon near the clock in the right corner of the system task bar. But it is not there.I followed instructions to Time & Language -> Advanced keyboard settings -> 1. Unchecked "Use the desktop language bar when it's available. 2. Selected the "Floating on Desktop" radio button. 3. Checked the two options "Show additional la
