Cannot see other people's appointments on shared calendars on an iPad

Hi All,

We have a group of users that Office 365 using exchange plan 1

on their PC's and laptops they can all see and use a shared calendar, including seeing the appointments that other people have made.

when using an iPad to access the same calendar they can see their own appointments, but all the other users appointments just show as green and busy

I know it is not a permission thing because then they wouldn't see the appointments on their PC's

Anyone got any idea's?
