Cannot see expand folders when using My Files

I'm running Windows `11 Home on a new laptop I bought. I have view set to Tiles and Preview Pane.On my older computer (which also had Windows 11), when I went into My Files, all the folders on the furthest left hand side would have little triangle arrows pointing downwards, indicating that there was content within the folder. I could then click on the folder and expand to see the files and/or folders.I could then drag files from the second pane and put them into folders in the first pane.I can no longer do this cand can only do cut and paste within the second pane.Is there a setting that I n
