Cannot run update because windows is saying service is not running.,please restart your computer. Have done this on 2 occasions and still same. Troubleshooted problem and it ran checks and repairs and said error was fixed and to try again...but lo and
behold ran update again and got same message!! This is causing me problems as I cannot connect my Galaxy SII via USB as I need update. Any help would be appreciated
